I had a really beautiful and thought-provoking experience taking part in an online Family Constellation with MayBritt.

What struck me most was the way she holds the space. She takes her time, reads the group incredibly well and creates a sense of safety without ever making the process feel controlled. Her boundaries are gentle and clear, and there is something very calm and grounded about the way she facilitates.

Throughout the session, we explored both individual and wider relationship dynamics, and I was struck by how much of what emerged felt relevant and relatable, even when the work wasn’t specifically our own.

MayBritt is clearly a very experienced and intuitive facilitator. She allows the process to unfold naturally, knowing when to step in and when to simply give it space.

A powerful, moving and very human experience. I’m very grateful to have been part of it
